Main Land UK is the area that the couriers post to on there flat charges ........................any thing royal mail can be posted anywhere in the uk but anything that need to go out with a courier will have a additional charge ,The post codes that dont class as mainland uk are as follows IV,HS,KA27-28KW,PA20-49,PA60-78,PH17-26,PH30-44,PH49-50,ZE,BT,IM,TR21-25 just email us if you are unsure
PRIVACY POLICY
All your data that is sensitive is securely transmitted to Pawstrading, if you choose to make a purchase from our e-shop we will collect your name, contact and payment details. We will ensure that any information we hold remains confidential and safe and will not be passed to 3rd parties. We do not hold any credit/debit details or any other financial information
RETURNS
If any item purchased from Pawstrading is found to be faulty, damaged in transit or differing from the description given, then we will be pleased to either arrange a refund or a replacement of the product at the customer's discretion.
All returns must be notified to Pawstrading via email info@pawstrading.co.uk or telephone 01773 832758 within 7 working days from receipt of your order, we will then explain how to return your goods.
GOODS ORDERED BY MISTAKE
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Pawstrading by mistake through no fault of ourselves we will be pleased to refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us in an unused and as new condition within 7 working day of your order .
However please note that for goods returned under these circumstances, return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and there will be a 25% restocking fee .
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
UNDELIVERED PARCEL
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a redelivery charge is payable to us before we can resend your parcel
DAMAGED PARCEL
In the unfortunate event your parcel arrives damaged you should refuse delivery if the damage is obvious. It will be returned and then replaced. If you have accepted the parcel please contact us immediately at either info@pawstrading.co.uk or 01773 832758
PARCEL NOT ARRIVED
In the unfortunate and rare event that your order has not arrived within 15 working days from the date of dispatch please contact us and we resolve it as soon as possible, please note that Royal Mail will contact you in this event to confirm non delivery of your parcel
